This role is for someone who enjoys working at different "altitudes". They are strategic thinkers to come up with the overall GTM strategy while on the other hand have the ability to understand the details and the differentiating aspects of Workato's OEM product and synthesize those differentiators into talking points, slides, and other sales and demand generation collateral. They are very GTM oriented and love working with Demand Gen, Sales Leaders, Account Executives, Sales Operations, CSMs, SDRs, Product to come up with collaterals, campaigns, and other materials for the entire funnel - from demand generation to winning deals for Workato's OEM offering.

Responsibility

Own the overall GTM strategy by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Sales, Product teams.

Enable Workato's OEM Sales, SEs, SDRs On The Following

    • How to talk to prospects and customers about the product offering
    • Developing content for outbound sales/SDR campaigns, including emails, 1-pagers, videos
    • Build sales tools like first meeting deck, ROI spreadsheets, customer case studies, and more
    • Synthesizing competitive data into battle cards including laying competitive traps, anticipating and overcoming objections
    • Key differentiators of Workato's OEM offering
    • Articulating the value of new features and capabilities

Coordinate marketing/GTM activities to drive demand for Workato's OEM offering including working on building collaterals, working with demand gen team on campaigns, landing pages, ad copy, webinars, and more

Interview customers and prospects to understand what they value in our platform and use the information for marketing/sales intelligence including communicating that internally and externally

Build Workato's market-facing collaterals for Workato's OEM offering

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in product marketing
  • Proven ability to synthesis content and communicate it clearly
  • History of working with sales teams, demand generation teams and product teams with the ability to dig-in to understand product differentiators and how to translate that for sales and demand generation teams
  • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
