About The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Brand Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, content strategy, and managing the brand across all touch-points. This role will work closely between the performance Marketing team, the internal Design team, the Insights team, Product team and external agencies to create campaigns, manage briefs, plan messaging and develop insights to drive great content and engaging consumer initiatives.

What You'll Do

    • Partner closely with Head of Consumer Marketing to develop integrated marketing campaigns and drive campaign planning, production and deployment across channels and initiatives
    • Work in lock-step with Growth Marketing to develop effective strategies, purchase media, set up campaigns and optimize real-time in-market creative optimizations
    • Create insight-led and objective based marketing briefs that communicate the purpose and goals of the campaign, drive the implementation through project plans and deliver quality programs on-time and on-budget
    • Develop and execute local influencer strategies (celebrities, micro-influencers, etc.), brand partnerships and other local tactics for building a community of Capsule evangelists, increasing awareness and driving positive WOM and demand
    • Collaborate with Product to drive updates and tests to the Capsule site/home page to ensure consistent customer journey throughout campaigns and test initiatives
    • Develop and execute the brand's social media and content marketing strategy as a means of customer acquisition and loyalty
    • In collaboration with Capsule Design team, maintain brand guidelines ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all channels
    • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Insights, Product and Engineering to ensure that brand and top of funnel initiatives incorporate measurement to drive KPIs
    • Analyze activations against relevant KPIs and optimize delivery
    • Manage the Marketing budget for asset creation, production, and overall resourcing

About You

    • Experience in creating and executing brand activations from scratch that drive awareness, trial, and/or retention
    • Expertise in creating engaging programs across multiple platforms including social
    • Experience identifying and working with external partners
    • Built brands through scrappy, hyper local and micro-ideas
    • Managed integrated, cross-functional, complex brand marketing campaigns from scratch
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Highly detail-oriented and able to re-prioritize based on changing business needs
    • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business
    • Excellent at managing multiple projects at once and executing quickly
    • Experience managing direct reports
