The Paid Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand within sets of target accounts through expertise in digital paid media: search and display advertising, paid social, retargeting, and content syndication. Optimization and management of campaigns across digital platforms, analyzing metrics and KPIs, and running and tracking tests will be the primary day-to-day responsibilities and will ensure the long-term success of Lendio’s digital campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Be a subject matter expert on digital paid media strategies, trends, tools, and capabilities
  • Execute digital paid advertising with the goal of creating touchpoints throughout the buyer’s journey: generating awareness, engagement, and demand
  • Manage a set of digital channels (paid search, paid social, display media, content syndication) to specific audience segments, understand how these channels interact holistically with other channels
  • Manage a marketing budget against a set of KPIs and lead gen objectives with a focus on funnel conversion
  • Work with the different branches of the company to execute on collaborative campaigns
  • Ensure messaging is on-brand and on-target for the audience, the channel, and campaign objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years in digital marketing and direct response campaigns
  • Strong familiarity with the Google Ads platform
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • 3+ years managing a budget to meet objectives
  • Background running statistical analysis to inform database marketing and understand campaign metrics

  • You’ve marketed to SMBs
  • Experience with Analytics platforms (Adobe, Google, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL
