Fanatics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Growth Marketing to join our world class team. Identifying and scaling new marketing channels is critical to Fanatics’ short and long term financial success. You will lead testing on emerging channels, including Pinterest, Snapchat and Twitter. You will communicate learnings to the broader marketing team and will transition successful pilots to the social operations team to scale. You will also provide marketing support to key business partners. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate has experience leading growth marketing or a digital marketing channel at a medium or large ecommerce company. They should be creative, highly analytical and goal oriented. The candidate should also enjoy working collaboratively on a fast paced, data driven marketing team. Keeping up with pro and collegiate sports is a plus.

Provide strategic vision for growth marketing programs for all of Fanatics properties globally. This includes 150+ websites across Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter and other emerging channels.
You will also provide marketing support to key business partners.
Communicate directly with upper management and key internal stakeholders about growth marketing strategy and performance.
Manage a team of 4 digital marketing professionals.
Pilot new channels to secure Fanatics as an early adopter of new sources of profitable traffic.
Project manage complex roadmap with many competing priorities progressing concurrently.
Transition successful pilots to social operations team to scale.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new channel management teams.
Mentor and coach your team to grow their own analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Education And Experience Requirements
7-10 years Digital Marketing experience, preferably leading growth marketing or Paid Social at a medium or large ecommerce company.
3-5 years of people management experience. Passionate about team building and mentorship.
A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
Comfortable engaging with senior executives and leaders.
Expertise with Excel and SQL or equivalent data analysis tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies across time zones.
Capable of independently managing multiple priorities and time to meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience Kenshoo and Omniture a plus.
Top-notch project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks involving internal and external partners
Willingness to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to help manage campaigns during major sporting events (i.e. College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.)
