About the role:
Head of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances is responsible for developing strategies, sourcing, and negotiating high impact partnerships to drive direct and indirect revenue growth for Boast. You will enable Boast to penetrate new customers and partner ecosystems through using executive level relationships to multiply the value of our product. You will work very closely with various cross functional internal teams and be a key driver towards advancing our mission as well as contributing to our revenue targets.
- Evaluate, prioritize and execute strategic partnerships across a variety of verticals- Perform a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform prioritization of potential strategic partnerships and maintain pipeline of strategic partner opportunities- Develop meaningful relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy- Envision new ways that strategic partnerships can positively impact core business objectives, applying creativity and business acumen- Support partnerships from relationship building and due diligence, contract negotiations, all the way through post-contract sign integration and expansion- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in operations and product to bring 'first of their kind' partnerships to life- Set, track and report on strategic partner performance metrics- Act as a partner advocate internally
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel development or strategic alliances - Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner ecosystem to build and close deals by working across all levels of the organization- Experience defining, developing and leading large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment- Ability to create genuine relationships in various environments including in-person, phone, e-mail and web meetings.- Strong social networking presence that can be used to evangelize Possess a solid sales foundation with an outgoing, optimistic personality and willingness to leverage new technology to expand reach- Flexible and adaptable self-starter with the ability take ownership and initiative approaching all tasks and projects proactively- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities- Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and a positive approach- Competency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira a plus
