You will partner with global bands to develop best-in-class practices. You will consult with business unit marketing and cross-functional teams to develop user experience strategies and facilitate decision-making/implementation of plans to improve the user experience at each stage of the purchase journey translating to loyal customers, revenue growth, maximized product potential and the ultimate brand experience. 

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years’ experience in UX and Digital Marketing
• Experience owning the UX strategy
• Agency and client-side experience
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working on a Global level preferred
